Yes, the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics (ABC) and Board of Certification/ Accreditation (BOC) will be granting credits for virtual education, as if they were in-person courses.
For those that did not attend the in-person Hanger LIVE: You will not be expected to perform your regular work on February 2, 10:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Central Time, unless there is a special circumstance where you need to work and participate when possible.
All employees that did not attend the in-person Hanger LIVE 2024 are expected to attend the entire virtual Hanger LIVE. Employees that did attend Hanger LIVE in-person, are not required to attend, but can participate if possible while managing their work day.
Speak to your manager if you prefer to work from home during the event. You will be able to access the event platform through any computer or mobile device that has access to the internet, including your personal devices.
